Jes joined CI-Group in 2004, starting as our receptionist, before moving into our Promotions Department. There, thanks to her creative and organizational abilities, she rose through the ranks to become manager. In 2010, she transitioned into our Client Services Department and was promoted to manager in 2013 & Director in 2017.

In her current role, Jes is a key participant in helping the company define and achieve long-term operational strategies and objectives. Having spent most of her career overseeing various parts of the CI-Group business Jes has responsibility for Client Services, Warehousing and Fulfillment and the Branded Merchandise teams.  Jes’s deep knowledge of CI-Group offerings coupled with her strong project management skills allows her to effectively drive process improvement and production efficiency. Through these efforts Jes helps maximize the exemplary client support and production outputs for CI-Group clients, focused on the highest levels of on-time delivery, innovative solutions and client satisfaction.

In her free time, Jes is a talented and avid singer, songwriter and musician — a passion she shares and enjoys with her husband.
