CHAD SHEBEY

Vice President, People, Places + Things

Chad joined the CI-Group team in 1990, after graduating from Marshall University with a degree in graphic design. He served as the company’s art director for 11 years, but during that time, the company tapped his creativity to help build from the ground up many of the services we offer today – including our Warehousing and Fulfillment service and our Digital Print service.

Since 2001, Chad has devoted most of his time to managing our facility and human resources functions. This includes hiring, benefits facilitation, developing company policies and advising fellow senior management. He takes particular pride in having hired, mentored and educated much of our staff — some of the best and brightest in the industry. He views hiring as a stewardship to what our company stands for.

On the facilities side, Chad helps oversee warehousing operations, is in charge of construction and upgrade projects, tests and certifies employees for forklift operations and is a certified operator of our NexPress.

Although there’s a lot of demand for Chad’s time, he still manages to go whitewater kayaking with his kids and to play the bass guitar.
