XTRAC is a laser system that treats skin conditions like psoriasis and vitiligo. Its makers wanted to provide physicians with collateral to promote it with their patients. The solution had to be scalable and customizable. We conducted extensive interviews to understand the company’s workflow, and then created a one-stop solution for them – from development to delivery. Now, a custom portal hosts marketing templates that can be easily modified as per physician needs. Users can also review, approve and submit orders for variable on-demand printing and delivery. Since we started, the volume of ordered materials has tripled. And as the company’s needs grow, we continue to add new templates and features to the portal.
