Evonik had three goals to promote ACRYLITE®, an acrylic sheet used for custom framing. They wanted to increase brand awareness, provide sales reps with a tool to close the deal, and carve out point-of-purchase space to show its products. Our agency uncovered the user pain-point of ‘adhesion failure’ and built an innovative creative campaign around it. In parallel, our branded merchandise team designed a custom portfolio-piece. Designed as a tri-fold, sales reps could use it to show three samples to their framer customers. Once the deal was closed, the same tool could be left behind as a POP display on their countertops. Framers loved using it to talk to their customers – so much so that Evonik needed multiple reorders.
