To launch the ADP ‘ReThink’ conference, we created a unique reception experience where attendees from around the world could shake off their jet lag and unwind in style. At 7 PM on Day 1 of the conference, attendees in evening attire were transported from the carpeted hotel lobby to a cobblestoned path in Berlin Mitte that led them to the industrial ewerk space. Bathed in soft purple light, they could relax and socialize in lounge areas. Choice food stations, chandeliers and candles completed the ambiance of luxury and leisure.
